We partnered up with our buds over at Craft Beer Cellar for another summertime brewski. We decided to take our Helles Lager from last year and throw some lime in there, because why not? This 5% crusher has an initial aroma of a freshly squeezed lime wedge, but is balanced throughout the palate with snappy bitterness and finishes with a light malt backbone. This beer reminds us of putting lime wedges into Busch cans at Busch Stadium during that 8th inning Cards rally, backyard baby pool hangs in South City and that time you drank your Lime Freeze too fast.
