Every night is my love letter to my wife, Susie. Her ruby hair was the inspiration for using Munich 2, a kilned lager-style German malt as the base. The malt gives this Oktoberfest a ruby appearance and some bready, carmel flavor with a smooth mouthfeel. Share joy. Spread love.

poured from a 16oz can into a dimpled mug. pours a dark chestnut with three fingers of sandy foam head. yeasty, bready aromas with faint caramel and toffee. taste is dark bread and caramel. fairly low carb on this one. makes it seem like a bigger beer than it really is. it’s smooth enough though. definitely on the darker side of the Märzen spectrum.
