Our final collaboration in our 10th anniversary series, made with our good buds at Wiseacre Brewing.
Perennial & Wiseacre bring you back to 2008, when West Coast IPA ruled the beer landscape. A time when IPAs were bitter, smelled of fresh citrus and pine, and you could see through them.
Coming in at 6.2%, this west coast style IPA has a simple malt bill of 2-row, carapils and a touch of Crystal malt. Hopped with Centennial, Centennial Salvo, Cascade and Cashmere.
