poured from a 16oz can into a narrow gauge taster glass. pours a somewhat hazy golden orange with a thin layer of soapy white foam. excellent aroma and flavors as the nelson hops really take front and center stage. plenty of earthy, vegetal notes but it’s interesting what the centennial and saaz bring in combination with the nelson hops. more citrus than nelson normally provides and a dry, piney finish. fairly soft, medium-full mouthfeel that finishes on the drier side. this was really enjoyable.
