A Vienna-ish lager brewed with a blend of domestic and European grown Vienna malt for the base, a touch of both malted rye and flaked wheat for heft, and hopped before, during and after the boil with Mandarina Bavaria.
Drinking this beer reminds me of non seeded rye bread toast, chilly nights in Defiance MO and 1993 Sade bangers.
