16oz can into a cute lil pint glass of mine, enjoyed while watching the rain and making some pasta.
poured a pretty cloudy deep golden orange with a very sudsy white head. settled into a thick lil cap of foam with some sticky lacing all over the place.
aroma has a nice grapefruit rind up front, with bits of pine/grass, a smidge of honey and some pepper-y things that i could be imagining
flavor profile is the classic grapefruit/orange peel/general citrus i want in an IPA like this, with a hint of pine, grassiness, a lil spice, and a big wollop of honey covered biscuit sorta malt profile swoops in to keep any overt bitterness from sticking around too much(for better or worse)
pretty light profile for the abv, but still has enough chew to it to feel like a solid drink. nice carbonation up front, and a sweetened bitter hop profile lingering behind if that makes sense. a solid brew overall from good ol perrenial

16oz can. Poured out a clear, golden orange color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left thin rings of lace on the glass. It smelled of orange, caramel and light pine notes. Sweet citrus taste with roasted caramel and a very light piney bitterness.
