16 ounce can, no dating that I noticed on it. Thanks to Brutaltruth for this brew! Served in a pint glass, the beer pours a somewhat clear gold color with about an inch or so off-white head that stuck around a little while. There's also a good amount of lacing. The brew smells like grainy malt, earthy hops, and a bit of honey. Taste is similar to the aroma but with a little more kick, and there's also some light floralness noticeable too. Mouthfeel/body is light/medium, it's a bit smooth and creamy with a moderate amount of carbonation. Easy enough to drink for sure. I thought this was a good overall brew, worth trying if you get the chance and if you like English Style Pale Ales!

From the 16 pz can in a snifter. This solid little English style pale pours a
clear and lightly luminous golden with a decent head of white foam that settles
to a thin ring, thin clumping film, and displays some light lacing. Nose of lightly
floral hop notes, honey sweet malts, and subtle grain notes. Flavors hit the mark
with nicely balanced grains against honey sweet malt, floral hops, and light
citrus notes. Mouth feel is medium light, smooth, faint carbonation in the English
sense (which I like), and a nicely balanced floral and citrus touched finish that is
subtly dry.
Overall, very nice!
Cheers

16 oz can into a nonic pint glass.
L: SRM 4 Pours a perfect caramel color with a slight orange hue, a thin eggshell white head that recedes to nothing, low carbonation, no lacing.
S: Slightly sweet malts, very gently floral, background honey, fairly clean and not very expressive.
T: Gently sweet malts, a hint of citrus zest, a touch of honey, hints of wheat. Lightly fruity overall, a wee bit sharp with some tanginess and is mildly bitter in the center and finish.
F: Subtly brisk, smooth beginning then becomes dry and slightly chalky but not extreme. Has a medium-length finish.
O: A really easy drinking and refreshing Pale Ale that is generally fruity and is mildly drying. A doable beer by all means. It is very good in its style.

Clear, golden colored body with a hint of chill haze; moderate amount of carbonation; one-finger+ thick head, off-white and sudsy. Nice, zesty hop aroma; bright spiciness. Toasted caramel taste carrying a spicy, thyme-like hop flavor; a touch of honey; a little watery at first yet the hop flavors build in intensity towards the finish. Medium-light mouthfeel; a little flat.
A decent if unexciting English-style pale ale, the hops are the standout character of the beer.
Pouring temperature; 45 °F; canning info: BEST BY 08/19/23

Pours a copper color with a light fog to the translucency. Head is two fingers of white foam. Aroma is biscuity, bready, and crackery malts. Of the malt notes, biscuits is the most heavy. Light grassy hops add some balance. Dry finish. Flavor profile is biscuity, bready, crackery, and wafers. Heavy dry malts throughout. Grassy and herbal hops add some depth. Really wonderful crispness. Mouth feel is crispy with a medium-thin consistency. Fuzzy at the onset, but dries out at the finish. Overall, easy drinking with good malt depth.

16oz can. Can bottom has a stamp of 'BEST BY 08/26/23'.
Slightly cloudy, deep gold colored body. One finger of soapy, white head, which sustains as a thin cap and ring. Leaves behind a few scattered spots of lacing.
Aroma of toasted bready malts. Hops express as fruity - orange and apple.
Taste is caramel and bready malts. Hop flavors bring forth a fruity experience, with orange, strawberry, and apple. Wheat tang and some minor bitterness. Caramel malts extend into the aftertaste.
Medium mouth feel. Has a mineral note, as being brewed with hard water. Good carbonation.
Tasty pale ale with a bit of a bite. Sessionable. Beautiful body color.

"Best by 8/26/23"; drank 6/13/23 @ the Yarchives.
Semi-opaque dull orange appearance.
A rough pour yielded a nice off-white head; strong tree-rung lace remained.
Autumn leaf, mild strawberry & faint caramel notes in the nose.
Creamy medium mouthfeel.
Strawberry, dry wheat & faint caramel flavors.
Pretty tasty, and bold considering the lower a.b.v. I'd have another!

16oz can. Poured out a clear, golden amber color with a small, khaki-colored head of foam. It left thin lacing on the glass. It smelled of toasted bready, biscuity malt, and toffee. It tasted of bready malt, toffee, caramel and a mild bitterness.

I love a good English pale ale. That said, Perennial does a pretty good job with Reverse Faults, but fails to fully nail the style. It’s a little thin, without the “butteriness” I really dig with the style. Regardless, this is still a very drinkable and enjoyable beer, but not necessarily one I’d seek out again.
