16oz can pours a hazy pale yellow color with a small cap of fizzy white-colored head that quickly fades to a ring around the edge. Smells of tart citrus notes and a slight yeast funk. Taste is very lemon-y with a light malt flavor and a slight honey-type sweetness. The beer doesn't start out that tart, but the finish and the aftertaste are quite puckeringly tart. Medium body with a moderate carbonation mouthfeel.
Pretty nice and refreshing beer. Would drink again, but probably not interesting enough to buy again.
