Pours an unfiltered deep golden color with a fluffy oatmeal colored head that provides splotchy lacing. Beautiful unfiltered WCIPA.
The nose has a really nice candied orange aroma, and there’s a not so subtle resiny pine note that guarantees this will be a nicely bitter beer.
That is confirmed on the taste, with the resiny pine providing a significant bitterness to complement the delicious candied orange and caramalt flavors.
The mouthfeel is medium and drying, fitting this WCIPA perfectly. I would drink this again and again if I had regular access to it.
