A classic red ale with subtle caramel malt, toasted grains and a crisp hoppy finish. Made to be enjoyed watching any STL team.

From a tall aluminum can, I had this beer on opening day of the St. Louis City SC MLS soccer season. It pours a deep, reddish amber colored liquid with a thick off-white head. The beer has a notable amount of haze. The aroma is a wonderful malty, bready, cracker and toast smell. Additionally, the aroma has a spicy hop scent behind the malt. The taste is well balanced with a sharp hop mid-taste and a malty flavor throughout. Really enjoyable.

Solid, well balanced red with good mouthfeel; nice aroma; a malty, earthyish, caramelly, slightly toasted flavor and a nice lingering, sweetish aftertaste. Very quaffable.

On draft at ITap Columbia. Poured a clear, amber color with a small, khaki-colored head of foam. It left minimal lacing. It smelled of toasted malt, caramel and toffee. Sweet caramel taste with toffee and a mild bitterness.
