Drank this alongside the Burial/Fort George 'A Magical Menagerie of The Misunderstood' imperial stout which had similar ingredients (I prefer that one).
Look - Pours a solid black color with almost no head.
Smell - A nice blueberry and vanilla smell.
Taste - Lots of blueberry (maybe too much?), plus a little vanilla and a hint of maple.
Feel - Nicely creamy, but to me I felt the blueberry was a bit overpowering relative the overall stout flavor.
Overall - An interesting blueberry stout, but I thought the blueberries were a bit overpowering, and 'A Magical Menagerie of The Misunderstood' that I drank alongside this did a much better job of balancing their berries, maple, and vanilla.

On tap. Not much head that fades. Black color.
This is delicious. Blueberry and maple syrup. Vanilla, fudge, heavy bourbon, oak, charred barrel. Very tasty, very drinkable.

Pours black with a sizzling mocha colored head that dissipates quickly. Popping the top on the waxed bottle that includes a pull tab (that should be required on ALL waxed bottles IMHO) unleashes a wave of blueberries and maple, plus bit of vanilla, roasty malt, and milk chocolate. I’m drooling.
The blueberries and maple are prominent on the taste as well, but the vanilla and milk chocolate shine more, and the barrel makes an appearance at the back of the palate as a warming note that actually help cut the sweetness. Absolutely delicious.
The mouthfeel is full and creamy, fitting the beer well. World class stuff, IMHO.

Look - black and thick with very very slight head initial rimming sticky lacing
Smell - chocolate barrel maple blueberry coffee, great blend of smells
Taste - sweet blueberry maple vanilla slight dark chocolate but nice barrel
Feel - thick body slight carb
Overall - if the sweetness was nocked down a tad this would be lights out
