This iteration of Maman is a blend of imperial stouts aged for 29 months in Elijah Craig and Weller Bourbon barrels and then 12 months in Willet Bourbon barrels. Lovely notes of marshmallow, oak and maple.

Excellent nose ,with full body viscosity, minimal foam head. Smooth , rich chocolate tast with balanced , consistent bourbon, depth , but not over powering. The best perennial offering in years.
