Served on tap into a shaker glass.
A- Poured a hazy dark orange color with off white frothy head that left glass coating lace.
S- Very light and neutral aroma with some light sweet caramel malt and citrusy notes.
T- Solid caramel malt backbone with juicy citrusy and piney hops. Moderate to high bitterness, nice hop bite.
M- Very creamy and smooth, medium carbonation, and dry. Very nice mouthfeel
O- This is a very classic American IPA that reminds me of when I was getting into IPAs. No new tropical hop varieties or any new tricks, but just a very solid American IPA with nice citrusy and piney hops, nice amount of bitterness, and enough malts to balance it out a little.
