Poured from an 11.2-oz undated can into a tulip glass.

Look: Very pale and cloudy yellow, with a three-inch white head holding decent retention, eventually reducing to a foam cap, and leaving moderate lacing.

Nose: Lightly roasted malt, lemon and lemon peel; there's also a light pepperiness to it.

Taste: In the attack, not a lot at first, but then the flavor follows the nose very closely. There’s a very slight bitterness in the finish and the aftertaste.

Mouthfeel: Medium thin, adequate carbonation.

Overall: While not as full flavored as I might prefer, this is a very refreshing, very drinkable ale, perfect for a hot summer day during and after working in the yard. It's also a fairly good pairing for the seafood chowder we're enjoying tonight on a winter evening.

Poured from a twelve ounce can, the body pours yellow with a light haze from the unfiltered wheat base. A couple of fingers of white fluffy head. Good lacing.

Aroma is coriander, clove and a bit of citrus.

Taste follows nose as the clove and citrus work well with a bready, creamy wheat base. Taste cleans up quickly at finish, but there is a welcome trailing light bitterness.

Mouthfeel is medium but creamy. Solid carbonation.

Can
L-pleasant haziness to a corn yellow. White head is mild and fades rapidly
S-quite a few notes, with salt and citrus (more lemon than others) leading, a hint of grass and some minerals as well.
T-a much more unified taste than the nose would suggest. The wheat flavors stand out with just a hint of spice that follows the mineral notes. The citrus flavor is relatively minimal considering the nose and the style.
F-medium bodied which is odd for the style
O- a pleasant entry that leaves aside overused citrus forward notes to put together a distinctive flavor for the style. I like the cut of its jib, but its nose and mouthfeel hold it back from greatness
