L-black with a brown head that laces the glass good
S-dark chocolate, with a wine, or alcohol aroma
T-dark chocolate sweetness with a hop bitterness in the aftertaste that seems like coco
F-full body and light carbonation
O-great beer that seems out of place at the beach. Might have to try it with Oysters next time

This stout pays tribute to the small county down the road from the brewery. Franklin county is where most of the oysters in the area come from. Beer has about 500 raw oysters on the half shell put in during the boil with smoked poblano and chipotle peppers then finished with a little lemon.

Oyster Stout is on the bottle. my wife picked me up a 4 pack of this brew while she was in Florida for the weekend. Thankfully, the oyster taste really doesn't come thru.
