Poured from tap into a teku, minimal head and lacing. Jet black to look at in the glass. Smells of lactic acid, tart. This is labeled as a "mixed culture fermented dark sour ale aged in oak barrels". Taste is initially puckering sourness, then I get plum and raisin. Finish is dry. Very drinkable, not too sour
