Poured from 32 oz growler.
A: Slightly hazy lemon yellow with 1-2 finger pillowy white head. Moderate retention and light lacing.
S: Tropical fruits with mango, pineapple, and lemon. Subtle grassy note and the slightest hint of green tea.
T: Lemon, mango, and pineapple mixed with green tea and pepper. Just the right balance between fruit and an earthy funk.
M: Medium to light body with average carbonation. Crisp and refreshing.
O: Nice twist on the Spring Street Saison. The mango and tea contributing in subtle but important ways.
