On tap at Delirium Cafe.
A-Dark brown almost black color with a frothy tan head that laces the glass nicely.
S-Funky fruity esters from the yeast dominates and is surprisingly much stronger than the sweet tosted malt you know is in there.
T-Sweet. Yeasty. Malty. And lots of each. More yeasty than I would expect.
M-Finish is long, medium body and carbonation.
D-Very high because there really isn't any alcohol bite, the yeast and malt really are strong in here.
O-I like this beer, nice Christmas beer that is satisfying on a cold winter night.
