The 600 ml bottle is cheaper than the sophisticated 750 ml, improving the cost-benefit. Less sweet than the material Terezópolis Weiss, but is at the same level of quality.

600ml bottle served in a mug.
A: Pours a pale hazy yellow color forming a big fluffy aired head. Good retention and many lacing formed and left
S: Very strong on wheat followed by banana esters, coriander and yeasts. Sweet and honey
T: Also strong on wheat and banana cake. Coriander. Light sweet. Notes of honey. Slightly bitter hoppy end
M: Light body. Smooth texture. Medium carbonation
O: Very drinkable. Very good Weiss

Glad to see this brewery finally added. This is a great alternative to the mass market beers found in Brazil. This is a typical wheat beer (hefeweizen). I got this daily from one of the local grocery stores in Juiz de Fora, MG.
Appearance is the typical unfiltered hazy yellow with creamy white head that leaves a great ring around the glass.
Smells strongly of the usual suspects of this style: bananas, wheat, yeast, and cloves.
Taste follows the smell pretty well. Very fruity and wheaty...slightly sweet.
Mouthfeel is a bit fizzy with the carbonation, but over all smooth and refreshing. Light bodied.
Overall, this was a godsend for me while I was in Brazil. I had had enough of the typical fanfare of Brahma, Bohemia, and Skol and ventured to fine some 'real' beer. I visited that grocery store every night to get my fix. If you see this definitely grab it and try...you'll thank me after drinking adjunct macros all day.
