A slightly hazy, muddy pale orange color stares into the eyes, while a creamy white head slowly melts into a white froth. It's aroma is big with the C-hops, bringing waves of pine, bittersweet grapefruit, and vague citrus hits in spades. The aroma is IPA-like, but the taste refreshes like a pale ale while maintaining a hoppy presence. A dry bread malt base marks the spot for crisp pine, a splash of grapefruit, and a note of honey to bounce off. Refreshingly crisp and easy to drink, this pale ale has the goods of a good mealtime beer.
