Clear dark golden color with slightly off-white head. Aroma has caramel malt, some nutty notes and dried orange. Taste starts sweet and malty but then comes an earthy, resiny hop bitterness. Medium body and carbonation. Overall it's a really classic and well made west coast DIPA.

This is a huge, big IPA with sweet intensity. Aroma is delirious with hops, peach seems to be the flavor. Innocent looking golden clear brew with plenty of foam. Should have poured it in the Delirium Tremens tulip, but Piraat will do. Fruit flavors dominate with pineapple and a touch of apricot. Smooth and sweet with just the nicest bitterness. It's a nibble, not a bite.
Pretty hot with alcohol. It's kind of a fruit cocktail and Sterno drink. Good though. This is the kind of DIPA I really like. So round, so firm, so fully packed with hop flavor yet thoroughly sippable. From the 22 oz bottle purchased at Bine & Vine for eleven bucks.
