A little haze on the yellow brew. Beautiful fine-grained white foam in the Duvel tulip. Luscious sudsy mouthfeel. Aroma is different, more woody than flowery. El Dorado is another Yakima Valley hop, but difficult to categorize. It's a touch of club soda, very light mango, even a hint of cherry.
This is really not very bitter for anything like an IPA. So far I like the Denali best but this is tops for drinkability. From the 22 oz bottle purchased at Barons Market in San Diego, which is always a good source for El Segundo beers.

Poured from a twenty-two ounce bottle, dated 061517, a hazy, pale yellow under a 1" thick white head which leaves spots of lace. Aroma is candy melon sweetness with lemon and cherry jolly ranchers. Flavor is mildly citrus, watermelon and mango with faint elderberry notes. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Finishes slightly bitter and dry. Runner up to Vic Secret for me.
