Another handsome clear yellow brew from El Segundo, with decent foam in the snifter. A little less carbonated than average but hot and prickly on the tongue. Aromas of peach and cedar. Hops are listed as Sim, CTZ, Mosaic, Cascade, and El Dorado.
Quite dry and more like a Brut except for not being lively in the glass. There is just a hint of sweetness on the lips and you think of canned peaches and it's gone. Then the dark leafy greens with extra pine. This is a clean and bitter classic hoppy brew. From the 16 oz can purchased at Barons Market in San Diego.
