Clear golden amber brew with plenty of foam in the IPA glass. Pleasing sudsy mouthfeel with quite moderate acidity. Crisp with a dose of malt. Fragrant with lemon, green melon, and straw. Flavors are Hops are listed as Citra, El Dorado, and Rakau. Flavors of bread, green grapes, and a touch of papaya.
Overall this is on the lighter and friendlier side of the IPA spectrum. Definitely a bitter note in the aftertaste but ess bitter and intense that many El Segundo brews. Totally drinkable and makes for a rewarding pint. From the 16 oz can purchased at Bine Y Vine. Dated on the bottom 10/08/20.
