Is it a bird? Is it a plane? It’s hard to tell with all this haze… Oh it’s HOPMAN coming to save the IPA! Ever since Hopman’s arch-rival and nemesis, Dr. Juicebomb, stole the name “IPA” and spread haze across the nation, he’s been on a quest to make beer clear again and reclaim the IPA. Luckily Hopman is faster than a gallon of biofine! More powerful than a centrifuge! And he’s able to create a great beer with Nelson, Motueka, El Dorado, and Centennial hops! KA-POW!!!

Pours a clear yellow-amber with plenty of foam in the Maredsous goblet. Quite aromatic with fermenting apples. Taste is very fruity and over-ripe with pineapple and orange peel. Hops are listed as Nelson, Motueka, El Dorado, and Centennial.
Some malty taste and sweetness. This is actually kind of a weird flavor especially for being so strong and heavily hopped. Substantial bitter aftertaste. It seems to be a new version of a former IPA with similar but different name. From the 16 oz can purchased from Blind Lady Alehouse. Dated 01/12/21 on the bottom.
