This one is Simcoe-conuts. You see what Raul did there? On the real, let’s be real: this one is like Yoda on Acid - it’s party time. Smooth and supple, supple and smooth (no, not Raul walking down the street)… ES Simcoe is a grand slam like Serena with a racket and the Babe with a bat.
Awoooooo!

Feb. 6, 2025 update: I liked it better this time, though the description still seems accurate.
Pours a nearly clear yellow with plenty of coarse foam in the big Duvel tulip. Pleasantly malty-sweet with a tangy edge. Aroma of pine with a hint of peach. Some green melon and citrus taste with a mineral finish. Contrast of the malt with that dry hoppy and bitter aftertaste. From the 16 oz can purchased at Bottlecraft at Liberty Station. Dated 12/29/22.

it’s strange, this beer is really delicious and i immediately noticed the care and quality taken with its making but as far as beer qualities or rating its features it’s not so great. it’s curious.
