very strong tobacco, coffee, leather, cherry, a little tart, kinda week in the feel but the complexity of the flavor profile more than makes up for it. the vanilla is very subtle and as a stout it’s a little lacking but this fantastic. nitro is actually very suitable here - it serves this beer very well.
