Dark brown appearance with a beige head, good retention, and some lacing albeit a small pour. The stout and lambic interact to produce really tasteful notes of oak, molasses, fig, bitter chocolate, plum, and cherry skin. Moderate body, moderate carbonation, bright mouthfeel.

Small-ish head. Dark brown - not black. Very liquorice, and almost a little vegetal - definitely unexpected. Dey and almost sour. Not altogether pleasant, unfortunately.
