Pours a dark lilac color with ruby hints to it and a flufffy, pink head.
Smells of young wild berries, quite sour with a balancing funk appearance. Got an almost roasted pith quality to it, allowing a whiff of jam to cut through.
Has a very soft and light mouthfeel to it, with just the right amount of carbonation to keep the drink refreshing.
Tastes of a mellowed citraic presence, gently enhanced by prickly, juicy berries. Very profound fruit profile, earthier than blueberries and sweeter than blackberries, this produces a luscious depth of fruit. Finishes with more stone pits, clean and just slightly sour, since the pure juiciness is incredibly dominant.
Lovely - experiment successful. This is less tart and less cheesy than many other Tilquins, and it certainly is the most fruit forward I ve yet had from the brewery.

Poured at the Brussels Beer Fest in August 2017. Pours a dark purple with purple head. Absolutely beautiful. The head quickly dissipated. The nose was incredibly aromatic. Elderberry, sweetness! Not much sour on the nose. Taste was upfront elderberry, slight bitterness, sticky and lingering. Funky and mellow. Mouthfeel was medium bodied.
