Pours yellow in color with a light fog to the translucency. Head is two fingers of white foam. Aroma is pear, with lemon and stone behind. It's mildly sweet, hitting the switch to tart shortly afterwards. Flavor profile is pear, which is mildly sweet, with grass, and lemon zest. Pear is fleshy and forward. Acidity is low. Mouth feel is medium in thickness. It's glassy, near-still in texture. Overall, pear is plump and sweet. No astringency.
