Pours yellow with a clear transparency. Head is two fingers of white foam. Aroma is a little astringent, hitting notes of quince, stone, and grass. Flavor profile brings quince forward again, with stone, grass, lemon zest, and mild nutty malt to wrap it up. Semi-sweet at the finish despite a little early tartness. Mouth feel is medium in thickness. It's soft and velvety in texture. Overall, very mild. Moderately sweet after a tart start.
