2020/2021 vintage
Pours a fizzy bubble very small head with low retention, clear golden blond color
Nose brings good Tilquin funk, acidity and souring bacteria funk, then stone fruit, a bit peachy like, maybe a white plum but not super plummy,
Taste has more good Tilquin funk, big acidity and souring bacteria, more juicy stone fruit and again more peachy like than plum but starting to get a bit more plum notes as it warms, a bit funky bready finish, a bit flemmy
Mouth is med bod, fair acidity and funky, med carb
Overall nice, good base Tilquin funk is still there, nice stone fruit hard to call it plums although maybe a different plum than I'm used to, but nice juicy stone fruit regardless

Cellared 2 years. Mostly clear golden body with a pinky finger of white foam. The funkiest nose by far in the series! The plum isn’t really detected in the nose, if anything I’m getting flowers and barnyard funk with bright oak. Taste has sweet plum though, with mild funk and oak, floral in a springy fresh cut way. Feel is light and playfully sour, milder but well balanced

Poured from 375mL corked & caged bottle into my BeerAdvocate teku. This is the 2020|2021 vintage, best before 6/8/31.
Appearance: medium golden hue with a light dash of haze, a finger of frothy ivory foam, and a vivacious effervescence. Nice!
Smell: lightly sweet with a candylike tartness. Not as vinous as some of the other varieties in this series; it's subtle, and I like it.
Taste: a bite of dry tartness up front, with a slightly sweeter finish. There's plenty of carbonation, and the overall effect is drying and rather crisp. The flavor is a bit mild, but it's nice and pretty well balanced.
Mouthfeel: medium-light body with plenty of carbonation and, while not creamy per se, has a refreshing sparklitude going on.
Overall: this is the most dry, crisp, and refreshing of the offerings I've had in this series so far. Perhaps not the most complex in flavor, but highly satisfying to drink.

Very tasty, peach, citrus, golden plums. Less fruit saturation, but lighter and very quenching. Acidity is moderate but understated. Velvety cap of foam, bright clarity, wafts of juicy ripe golden plum. A spritzy summer drink, perfect for warm weather.

Bottle: Poured a golden color lambic with a small foamy head with limited retention and light lacing. Aroma of tart notes with light plum and some funky ester notes. Taste is also a mix of funky ester with some tart notes and light oak presence with some plum notes. Body is about average with low carbonation. Well made fruited lambic but plum notes could have been more upfront.
