Cellared 2 years. Clear red body with some copper hints, pink tinted khaki sudsy head. Very mild nose, sweet red berries the clear star, minor aromas of flowers. Taste has very sweet tart red berries with a cutting lacto, funk is very mild here as is the oak. Feel is sour with a bit of acidity in a clean and smoot sip.

Poured from 375mL corked & caged bottle into my BeerAdvocate teku. This is the 2020|2021 vintage, best by 6/24/31. Lots of various berries and currants in this one!
Appearance: nice, shimmery, salmonberry-pink hue with just a dash of haze. Head is a finger of frothy pinkish foam that subsides relatively quickly. I dig the color.
Smell: on the dry side with a relatively strong tartness. There's a dash of funk as well; the fruits themselves are farther back in the mix, playing a subtler role. I like it, but I hope the fruit comes out a little more in the flavor.
Taste: tart and mildly sweet, with a nice pucker. The fruit here comes through better than in the aroma, which I'd hoped, and honestly I really like it. It's not candy-sweet like some fruit beers (which have their place too!), but this feels subtle and refined. Probably my favorite of the series.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess. These aren't especially full-bodied beers, and that's okay too.
Overall: I am really enjoying this one. Crisp, tart, refreshing, and most of all interesting. Good stuff!

Bottle: Poured a dark golden color lambic with a small foamy head with limited retention and no lacing. Aroma of fruity notes with some tart funky ester. Taste is a mix of fruity berry notes with some tart funky ester with light oak presence. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Nice drinkable fruited lambic with nice berry notes.
