New larger scale batch prepared for Tilquin Fruit Extravaganza 2021-2022, with 160 gr of organic wild blueberries per liter of lambic, in a blend of 50% of 1 year old Meerts and 50% of 1 and 2 years old lambics. First time served on October 23, 2021

Had on tap. Cloudy reddish maroon body, off-white cap and lacing. Smell and taste are clones: barnyard and barrell funk with bright oak and full sour yet very acidic blueberry with floral undertones. The most acidic feel by far, cuts through the lighter body in a snap, but still has plenty of sour and decently expressive funk textures. The worst of the bunch this year
