Dark copper with a fingernail of eggshell white on top. The aroma is of earthy malt and barnyard funk. I’m tasting lots of pale to earthy malt, a splash of vinegar, and some bitter funk. There’s a hint of lingonberries. The mouth is very carbonated and crisp.
