New larger scale batch (1600 liters) prepared with 90 gr of clementines per liter of lambic, in a blend of 50% of 1 year old Meerts and 50% of 1 and 2 years old lambics. Unfiltered and unpasteurized, this beer is refermented in the keg.

6 oz draft pour at Lures Bar & Grille. This is an exceptionally well-balanced fruited lambic. Moderate acidity (for a lambic), some funk, leather, oak, and citrus with background malt. Very tasty and easy to drink. Excellent stuff.
