Had on tap, obviously. Murky yellow body with a white head. Big rhubarb and apricot in the nose, with flowers, lemon, peach, and wild yeast with just a touch of funk. Taste has rhubarb stronger than apricot, sour yet sweet, before mild barnyard funk, wild yeast, honey, green apple, and lemon mix in gently but firmly. Feel is bright and sour, has a smoother delivery but has some acidity make no mistake, pucker in a light way.
