Didn't really taste the peat, unfortunately. Really enjoy the flavor nonetheless. Would totally purchase again and enjoy tipping more of these back.

Ad a whisky and beer lover this sounds as the best of both worlds. It looks very nice golden amber and is served to me in a tulip glass. The head is gone to soon. It has a very prominet smell of barley, smoke and an aged whisky. The feeling is subtile and reminds of a barleywine. It has a fresh bitterness like grapefruit with a whisky ish burning after note. Nothing to dominant, not too havy, just about right. Its a beer with a little bit 'skey'.
