33 cl dark brown glass bottle, 7,5% abv. Drunk on the cold side, 6-7 degrees celcius,
Description sets high expectations. Czech Saazerhop, Golden Hop, and top yeast. Labels claim citruslike aroma.

Pours amber yellow, slightly hazy. 2-3 finger white head, medium retention, medium lacing. Medium low on carbonation, small bubble.

It smells a bit bready, milky with yeasty tanginess

Taste, bitter hops are dominating the taste. Not quite balanced. Promised citrus notes are lacking. There is a bit of pleasant yeasty cidity there. but not the fresh citrus notes.

Mouthfeel: full and creamy. This is a well made beer, but the bitterness should be tuned a bit down to my opinion.

11.2oz bottle. Poured out a clear, golden yellow color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left sudsy trails of lace on the glass. It smelled of caramel, toffee, spices and yeastiness. Sweet caramel taste with spices, citrus and a little alcohol heat.

An orange beer with a quick settling head that clings to a very small layer of bubbly head.

Smell is spicy with notes of peach and very low cloves. The malt is firm but not too much. It adds a slightly woody and honey-like smell.

The taste is balanced between the malt and light bitterness. The yeast character is not too complex and adds a slight bubblegum taste, a fruity and minor spicy taste. The malt presence is light. The mouthfeel is full and bitterness is low. The aftertaste is short and is mostly dominated by the fruitiness of the yeast.
