A copper beer with a frothy head with enough carbonation going on.
Smell of earthy hop with notes of black currant and overall nice resinous hops. A bit unpolished, but I like the roughness of the hops. The yeast adds some fruitiness.
Taste is hoppy and bitter with a resinous and black currant taste. The beer is quite bitter with a rawbitter bite. The beer tastes a little thin, but this is probably caused by the high bitterness. The beer tastes a litte like a Poperings Hommelbier. The malts add a light biscuity taste.
