Contract brewed for Byron Hamburgers.
Lager pale with loose white head that’s gone fast but clings and webs. Subdued faint orange hard candy and Ritz cracker nose.
Oyster crackers and cutting lemon hops.
Apricot end and lean linger. Light, crisp and dry.
Not much to look at but steps up with hops. Half way between an APA and an English blonde. Would definitely cut through burger grease.
