Collaboration brew with Tamarack Brewing Company. Proceeds from this brew goes to Cerebral Palsy Kids and Families charity. A nice cause to be supporting.
"Crushable, Tropical, Velvety, Brewed as a Team"
Appearance - Pours a hazy peach with three fingers of frothy white head.
Smell - tropical and citrus hops, citrus and orange peel, hint of peach and pineapple, bready malts, and earthy yeast.
Taste - tropical and citrus hops upfront. The citrus and orange peel follow suit. The peach and pineapple are more pronounced in the taste which come through next. The bready malts and earthy yeast round out the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes a tad off dry with the hops and fruits lightly lingering.
Overall - An engagable brew that displays the elements of the style very well. I wish there was oomph from the hops and fruits as it started off really well. Nonetheless, a respectable sessionable brew.
