This untamed interpretation of a Classic Dubbel-style ale features matled rye, locally-sourced raw honey and spicy aromatic notes from coriander and paradise seed. Extended aging in small-batch rye whiskey barrels adds boozy warmth and rustic oak character. Loosen the reigns and enjoy the journey.

Ok, I realized too late I spelled Pioneer wrong when adding this beer. The E and R keys are side by side, in on my phone, and just drank this high test brew, cut me some slack.
Also wasn't sure how to categorize this thing. High test Belgian, honey, rye barrel aged, 11%. Called it a quad and moved on.
