A beer with a complex grain bill designed to pair with all the sweet juicy flavors of Simcoe and Amarillo hops and just the right amount of bitterness to balance it all out. This session IPA is made for easy drinking, packing a complex aroma of stone fruit, pine, and citrus zest.

Well the almighty BD/bArF has done it yet again. Before this hot little review you are reading right now, there was no entry for this beer, much less a review for it. I mean damn, I've added more beers to this Next Glass owned database than your average member has even reviewed. Like Waylon Jennings sang: "Just to Satisfy You."
Pours a darker color than most session branded beers. Dark orange pour into a Pyramid pint glass (I was cranking them out that day) with ample 2/3" off white head. Cool label w Bigfoot w a beer on it. Amarillo and Simcoe hops didn't do much aromatically. Didn't piss me off or anything though.
The taste, its malty, its bitter, I guess when you're going for balance, this might be what you want. Aside from the heavier Simcoe bitterness, it could almost count as an English pale ale/ipa. I didn't think the commercial tug job about stone fruit played out here at all. Pine, citrus zest, sure. I dunno, maybe the session ipa (pale ale perhaps?) branding got to me. Being that this brewery is real close to the greatest one in the world, I'm guessing this is just a weak casino branding machine.
