This is a fairly unique IPA, thanks to the NZ hops and well-balanced profile. Lots of tangerine notes alongside other hoppy elements featuring on the nose. Lovely lacing.

Got a bottle of this from New World in Wellington. From notes.
A - Poured a hazy and interesting burnt orange colour with one finger of off white head. Good carbonation, spotty lace and a film of retention.
S - Grapefruit, pineapple, toffee, peach.
T -Peach, really citrus, pineapple, a smooth citrus note, tropical.
M - Nice bitterness. Good carbonation, medium to full body.
O/D - A pretty tasty pale ale. High ABV doesn't show itself. Very session able and tasty.

500ml bottle from Regional Wines and Spirits, Wellington.
Stained-glass orange with a modest near-white head that falls quietly without lacing to a slight collar and film. Light bead.
Big candied tropical fruits on the nose. Feijoa, guava, peach, orange sherbet, with some grassy, vegetal character behind it. Some heft to the malt backbone, with some toffee and savoury character showing.
Similar flavours. Dank, tropical hops joined by robust earthy pine which lends a decent bitterness.
Medium, slightly syrupy body with just enough carbonation to carry it across the palate and bed down the very satisfying bitterness on the mid and rear palate.
Another seriously well brewed beer from Mike's. Great flavours, balance and drinkability.
