I did a tour of the Septem Microbrewery in Evia and got this fresh, straight from the vat to snifter.
Mother of god, this is my perfect beer
This beer is retired on their web site, but a new batch has been produced this year from their own grown hops harvested from fields near the brewery! Truly artisanal.
Looks: Hazy orange, slow pour at 4c into a snifter to get a 33cl bottle in one go with a perfect one finger light foam head
Smell: Freshly sqeezed orange juice, citra and fresh hops
Mouthfeel: nice carbonation, light and easy to drink.
Taste: Hoppy, Citra, with a hint of sweet malt in the background and a pleasant bitter aftertaste.
Overall: My perfect beer, very easy to drink, perfect alchohol% for an IPA, the alchohol doesn't overpower the flavour - from a personal taste perspective this ticked every box for me. Fresh from the vat, 5's across the board, from the bottle 4.8 overall.

S: Hops!
T: Hoppy, dry.
F: Light bodied, very drinkable.
O: Very decent beer but too dry. I prefer juicy :)

Had the 2016 Cascade version. Probably pretty fresh considering hop harvest is September and we currently have November. Though not too much hoppiness and not typical Cascade in the aroma more so in the taste. Some fresh hops scratching at the back of throat. Not too great but also not bad at all

Draft pour at the Hoppy Pub for the beers release.
Hazy orange body with a big head which is probably a result of that champagne yeast. Lots of lace.
Nose is straight up Cascade to a T. No malt, just hop. Really surprised by how good this is. Intoxicating orange.
Body is fairly light with a light bitterness as well. Total Cascade hop flavor. Very nice.
