Difficult to Pigeon Hole this beer to a style: went for the easy option of a Belgian Pale Ale.
Brown 500ml bottle (conditioned), just out of date when opened.
The body was a slightly hazy amber colour, with an off-white head of thin bubbles. I don't think any sediment left the bottle, but can't be sure: so the hazy may well have been some of that getting into the glass.
The aroma was fairly sweet, floral and earthy at the same time.
The taste is semi-sweet and very drinkable (too me), soft bitterness towards the end of the mouthfeel, but certainly a more maltier brew than it is a hoopy one.
Good depth of body, the alcohol content sits well within the brew.
