This bottle is the last of the four given to me by Marcus: I have allowed it to sit for a year or so and the best before date was 07/2011. Easter Sunday 2012 was the date this was opened and those extra months has let the beer mellow somewhat, it being bottle conditioned.
Light golden body with a misty, cloudy hint to it, on top a good white head.
The smell was yeasty and slightly citrusy as was the taste: really glad I gave this time to grow.
