This is an "organic farming beer" and a Pils (the latter written in fairly small font on the label). Ingredients listed are: water, malt & hops of organic farming, yeast.
Production date was 2011-04-27 and BB date: 2012-01-27.
Appearance: Light, clear, yellow color, 1 inch white head, no lacing.
Smell: Some hops / thin grassy smell, barely discernible.
Taste: Fairly bitter with an initial, subdued mettalic note that went away fast. The bitterness is balanced by some malt, reminiscent of typical European lagers. Slightly bitter aftertaste.
Mouthfeel: Medium body, especially for a pils; medium carbonation.
Drinkability: Easily drinkable but doesn’t have too much to offer.
