Bottled and possibly bottle conditioned
Pours a jet black body with slight quickly diminishing off white head that retreats to the rim of the glass but keeps some gar sized bubble islands in the centre
Lovely blackcurrant and coffee aroma with a hint of cherry
Solid liquorice and dark fruit flavour
Stout indeed when it comes to mouthfeel but not heavy going
